Vintage large metal pull, possibly brass, measures 3-3/8 x 2-7/8" (window is about 2 x 1/2")
Top area made for slipping in a label, bottom for pulling open a drawer. These have been around for a while so are well used and a bit dented here and there. May need to bend or manipulate as needed. 
Will need screws.
